Two weeks back I saw Rock On and blogged the review in a Letter to Farhan. I later sent an email to Farhan’s production company Excel Enterntainment expressin my wish to share the letter with Farhan himself.
A day later I got a response from a production supervisor at Excel saying that the letter had been forwarded to Mr.Akhtar.
And later this afternoon I get an email from the man himself. Farhan actually read the letter on my blog and put in a little note to me. (email addresses have been deleted here to protect them from any spam).

Hi Kapil, i will not say that i am a die hard fan of farhan but yes i am a die hard fan each and every artist or person who devotes his life in doing what the person wants to do……..but due to some or the other financial, social or family cause , i think most of INDIANs are unable to opt their profession of choice…..but this can not stop us to make our thoughts known to the world……but for that we have to believe on some one or the other……i have tried to write a movie script and i believe that FARHAN is that guy who gives importance to the substance or matter first and to the commercial aspects of a movie project …….and that is the reason i want to share my script to him……..please provide me a chance to share my substance with a person who deserves it by providing me the personal mail-id of Mr.Farhan Akhtar…….i am an engineer by profession but have a obsession towards Thetre….i am working in HCL Technologies…..i am waiting for your reply…..and hope that you will provide water for my thirst for script writing…..pls reply…even if you do not want to share Farhan’s E-mailid….
Vasu, if you truly believe that your film script has potential and then you should try and get in touch with the new age set of directors like Farhan. Another such director would be Anurag Basu or Amol Gupte. All the best!
