Hi, welcome to Kapil’s Korner. This is a little corner for me in this big thing called the Internet. I like to keep this place as a contact point and an expression platform for simple (and sometimes not so simple) things happening in my life.

My Work
I lead the digital team at Ogilvy East Africa. Working out of the Nairobi, Kenya office I work closely with the many teams at Ogilvy and their clients to deliver effective digital communication solutions. More about my work experience at my LinkedIn profile.

Shutterbug
A student of photography and continuing to learn with every click. Thanks to digital camera, this passion has been a lot more affordable now. About a year back I upgraded to a DSLR – the Canon 400D. The Canon A 510 is backup camera for those places where DSLR would scare off people. Regular photo uploads are at my flickr album. Every fortnight selected work gets posted to the photo blog.

Why am I blogging?
At this blog, I attempt to share the experiences I am enjoying and sometimes the not so enjoyable ones also. There is an attempt to put across observations on topics like advertising, food, technology and a little bit here and there.
