If your PC experiences trouble with a .NET framework I figured it’s kind of difficult to solve it by a simple Uninstall/Install. So I had to search really hard for a solution which helped me get the .NET programs working once again.
This should be the kind of error message you should get if you try to: Install/Uninstall/Upgrade the .NET installation.
And the perfect solution is to get the .NET cleanup utility which does a complete cleanup including corrupted registry and other such problems.
