After using Dhingana and Gaana apps on the iPhone I finally decided to get the Hungama app thanks to the heavy advertising they were doing on Facebook. I really thought I wasn’t missing out on much until I actually tried it.
The app’s user experience is much more slick than the other two. Also being a partner to most of the big Bollywood banners, Hungama seems to get the songs much faster on their app than other two. Yes, they also get the YRF music which usually the others don’t get soon enough. The home screen offers you a great selection of music to kick start the experience. The playlists featured are also well curated.
If its one app I need to keep on the iPhone for my dose of Bollywood music – I am keeping this one for sure.
